- Stage 1
Recruiter Call
This is an informal, initial telephone conversation with a member of our Talent Team. This call will offer an introduction to Mojo and the role itself.
No specific preparation is expected at this stage but the more you understand about us coming into the call, the more we can get out of our time together.

- Stage 2
Interview & Roleplay
The interview will last 1 hour and will be split into 2 elements, competency based questions and a role play. This is a remote interview via Google Meets.
For the questions you will need to ensure you are using relevant examples,
highlighting your experience in a similar role. Keep your answers clear and concise
using the STAR technique.

- Stage 3
Final Interview
Our final stage interview is a culture interview. We know you can do the job, but we want to see if you are the right person to do it.
This interview wont contain competency based questions, its an opportunity for
you to meet a member of our senior management team, ask any questions you
have and for them to get to know you on a more personal level.
