Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Recruiter Call

This is an informal, initial telephone conversation with a member of our Talent Team. This call will offer an introduction to Mojo and the role itself. 

No specific preparation is expected at this stage but the more you understand about us coming into the call, the more we can get out of our time together. 
Stage 2

Interview & Roleplay

The interview will last 1 hour and will be split into 2 elements, competency based questions and a role play. This is a remote interview via Google Meets.

For the questions you will need to ensure you are using relevant examples,
highlighting your experience in a similar role. Keep your answers clear and concise
using the STAR technique.
Stage 3

Final Interview

Our final stage interview focuses on culture and fit. At this point, we already know you have the skills to do the job—this stage is about getting to know you.

Rather than competency-based questions, this is a more informal conversation with a member of our senior management team. It’s your chance to ask any questions you might have, and for us to understand how you’d fit into the team on a personal and cultural level.
